Hi, I'm “Jo”. I'm a product designer with a passion for data-informed design, user research, and information architecture. I spend my days leading design strategy for developer experience at Twilio, where I've been for the past 6 years. Before that, I worked at a Clementine (acquired by Dropbox), designing a team communication mobile app. Prior to becoming a digital product designer, I worked in fashion, designing dancewear and yoga apparel.

Outside of work, you can find me hiking with my dog, Sammie Jo, in the beautiful Fort Bragg-Mendocino region of California that I am very lucky to call home. I'm also the co-founder of Vegans in Technology, an inclusive and diverse community of tech workers interested in how technology can be applied to the big ethical and environmental problems of today.
